Cervical
Cervical is anything related to neck but now a days in generic term, it is seen as a disease which influence people with desk jobs. Cervical pain can be felt mostly in neck, shoulder, hands and in young age it is mainly due to stiffness or reduced flexibility of muscles due to continuous siting job profiles, inactivity or wrong body posture. It is the condition involving changes to the bones, discs, and joints of the neck.
Causes:

holding your neck in an
uncomfortable position for long periods of time or iterating the same neck
movements all over the day
·
overweight and inactive
·
work related activities that put additional
strain on your neck from heavyweight lifting
Symptoms:
- a stiff or inflexible neck that is painful in any movement
- headaches that occur most of the time in the backside
of the head
- tingling sensation or numbness that mainly occurs in shoulders
and arms, it can also affect the legs
- sleepless nights due to neck pain
- burning sensation in upper back muscles
- Indications that occur less frequently sometimes comprises
of a loss of balance / control and a loss of bladder control.
How to avoid this situation:
These situation can be avoided proactively by the following measures:

The best possible thing is to be involved in any
sports activity

Doing Yoga to keep your muscles flexible
·
Gyming, Swimming, running
·
If age is the constraint, then walking is the
next to best activity.
·
Exercising at home, dancing, week-end activities
are also good to avoid body flexibility loss.
